paul haggis to adapt political book

director paul haggis (remember his oscar winning crash) wants to turn richard clarke's book against all enemies into a film. clarke was a national security advisor to four presidents: reagan, bush senior, clinton and bush junior. he has accused bush junior of mismanaging the war on terror.
haggis is being a busy boy lately. he wrote the screenplay for million dollar baby and casino royale, and besides that he had to go to the truck rental (to get his oscars for crash home).
