new museum of modern art in portugal

portugal will open a new museum of modern art by the end of this year. the portuguese government has made a deal with private collector joe berardo, who first threatened to take his massive collection to france. the museum will be located in lissabon and contain about 900 artworks. all 20th century art movements will find a place in the museum, and there will be works by pablo picasso, salvator dali and andy warhol.
